The villa is convenietly located on a small development of private villas on the outskirts of Kissimmee.

Ideal location for a family holiday
On a quiet residential road, 5-10 min walk to nearby shops, restaurants and supermarket. 5 min. drive to Kissimmee (shops, restaurants, entertainment etc.)
Approx. 20-25 min. to all the major attractions; Disney, Sea World, Wet & Wild, Water Mania, Universal Studios etc.
Water sports and golf close by. For example: two excellent golf courses within 2 miles of the villa are Remington golf course and Kissimmee Bay golf course. There are also many other quality golf courses in the Kissimmee area.
1 hr to Kennedy Space Centre and the Atlantic Coast (Cocoa Beach, Melbourne etc.)
2 hrs. to the Gulf Coast (Clearwater, St Petes etc.
10-15 mins. to Orlando International airport
