Accommodation

POOL

The private screened patio and pool area contains poolside furniture and loungers. Solar pool heating provides a year-round swimming season at no cost.

Auxiliary electric pool heating. To be able to guarantee a mid 80s pool temperature during the cooler months(Nov-Feb) we have installed an auxiliary electric pool heating system that can be activated if required. There is a charge to cover the extra cost if this is switched on. (charge payable locally to management company in dollars). Alternatively you can pay as part of your booking and the heating will be activated and be warming the pool for when you arrive.

 KITCHEN.

The kitchen is equipped with all you could want; cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, liquidiser, coffee-maker, electric barbecue grill etc. plus a full inventory of cooking and dining utensils.

LAUNDRY Etc.

There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the utility area. Other inventory items include electric iron/board, hair drier and Hoover (if you really want to!).

The inventory contains sufficient linen and towels for 8 people plus a change of each.

LIVING SPACE.

1400 square feet of air -conditioned living space that is furnished/equipped to a high standard. The open plan design of lounge, dining and breakfast nooks under a cathedral ceiling provides a luxuriously light and comfortable holiday home.

A/V entertainment. DVD, CD, VCR
PC with free/unlimited internet access, printer  and CD burner to burn your family photograhs or occupy the kids with computer games.
House security safe.

Sleeps 6/8 in

• 1 double with TV + en-suite bathroom,
• 2 twin bedded rooms. (1 can be converted to double)
