We have owned this beautiful private villa in Kissimmee, Florida since it was built and spend many relaxing months there with family and friends whenever we can. So we check the place and the management frequently during the year. We love it. We are sure you will too.
Reasonable Rates.
We don't have a large mortgage to service (unlike many "investment owners") and only want to help cover running costs when we are not there. Our rates (£310-£410/week INCL TAX) reflect this and offer great value for a family vacation or even a couple.
Management. We use one of the better management companies around -(A man and wife team) with the personal touch.
Beach Less than 60mins
Be on the beach in less than 60mins (Cocoa or Melbourne), so it is practical to fit a half-day enjoying the warm waters of
the Atlantic into a busy vacation.
